I've been needing to write for a few days about what happened in therapy.

So, the way Sheila is acting and carrying on right now is triggering my PTSD like whoa.

She's always had anger problems. That's been a given for as long as I've known her, Vegas from a year and a half ago notwithstanding.

I had a much-needed EMDR session with my shrink yesterday. It was the first time in over a year we'd actually sat down and did it, and our first time ever over Skype. It was interesting, and initially, I was convinced it wouldn't work. So, I've been trying to get used to the idea that I have postpartum depression. I have no problem admitting it to myself, even to the extent that I hear babies crying all the time.
